With over 40 years’ experience in the investment business,  Tony comes to Litman Gregory via the acquisition in 2023 of Wedgewood Partners, Inc.’s Private Client Business. Tony founded Wedgewood Partners, a money management firm headquartered in St. Louis, in 1988. Prior to starting Wedgewood, Tony founded and built Mark Twain Brokerage Services, one of the first commercial bank brokerage businesses in the United States. While at Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc, Tony was also responsible for the Capital Markets Group, firm wide Operations and Corporate IT strategy. His accomplishments in this area have been the subject of several Harvard Business School cases. Tony began his business career with the Wall Street firm of Salomon Brothers. Tony provides wealth management services to high net worth individuals, multi-generational families, foundations, and corporations.

Tony earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School which he attended after his service in the U.S. Army. Tony received his commission having graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a B.S. in Engineering.

Tony was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. He is married to Joanne [nee Finaro] and they have four sons: Dr. Anthony L. Jr. [Baltimore, MD]; John A. [Educator – Colorado]; David S. [the Arts – Los Angeles]; Matthew J. Esq [Business-Law – New York] and seven delightful grandchildren
